Flow is here!
My 42 days of small but mighty business “workouts” is ready to go. Now this is just a bit of fun but also made with intention so that it actually works…and I’d love to know what you think.
For me Flow is about so many different things:
flow through the river of life and being able to take the tumbles, turns, downfalls and eddies with grace, confidence and calm.
the money is flowing - the money you want to make in your business is coming through in a manageable flow. No fire hosing or drip, drip, drip but a good steady (and growing if that’s your strategy) flow.
Daily flow - even though you have a framework for your focus every day you can manage the different energetic shifts and changes that will definitely happen. As a mum flow has been a mantra of mine from day 1. I know the days I feel stuck and what that feels like so I’ve been conscious of practicing flow. And as someone who connects to other people’s vibes and flows it often feels like my flow is non-existent or gets pushed and pulled in so many different ways. Maintaining flow is a challenge but with little daily exercises it becomes a beautiful practice to help you live life.
The work is flowing. It feels easeful and fun and light and like it’s your best work. You put your head down and just get into a time warp like nothing else exists…even like time stops.
Why did I create this Workout guide?
I recently posted on Instagram that I have been able to consistently workout with Lia Bartha of B The Method every single day since December 17th - that’s 257 days as of yesterday. Every day, without fail. Mostly because it works, its fun and challenging and easily achievable. And my kids make sure I don’t lose my streak! But, to be honest it has taken many years to find the right workout and be able to do it daily. Oh.. the workouts I have tried.
I would tell myself “just today” - there was no got to do it for 30 days or 60 days it was just do it today. Find the time today and prioritise it. Sometimes its 15 mins and sometimes, like yesterday, it’s 60 mins. But I love them all. There’s no pressure and no judgement. I wanted to create Inside Out health and small, manageable daily consistency. As Lia once said “Intentional action creates results”.
So then I thought - why can’t this work for a business?
Especially for mums who are building businesses, are super busy and want something that gives them daily, achievable momentum. Without the overwhelm. Yes, every business and woman and dream is different but so is every body. But we all need basics, fundamentals, strength building, cardio and mobility exercises to help our bodies and we all need that for our businesses too.
And FLOW was born. Over the course of last weekend I buzzed on the idea and Canva creation and 42 days of business building was created. Something that was easy to achieve, small bites that could lead to big and deeper work (this guide has been created to work in conjunction with my Foundations for First $50k e-course as well).

Flow is also about determining the right flow for your capacity as well. Well-being is so important while building a business (even more so if you have other responsibilities such as a part time / full time role or care giving). This has got to be built into the plan.
